Returns & Exchanges & Cancel
We offer a 30-day return policy, If your ring has any quality problems within 30 days, please contact me, I will refund you or make a new one for you. But if there is no quality problem with the ring you ordered, 30% of the price of the ring will be deducted for return or exchange.
Please note that custom orders (customized curved wedding bands, custom rings from other stores, etc.), lab-grown diamond rings, salt and pepper diamond rings, engraving rings, full eternity rings, and ring sizes smaller than 3 US and larger than 9 US can't be returned or exchanged if there is no quality problem.
(Please note: Some natural stones contain a small amount of color banding, which is not a quality problem of the stone. There may be slight differences in the color of the stone due to some light reasons, and this is not a quality issue.)
I accept cancellations; if you request cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order, I will cancel the order for you free of charge. Exceeding 24 hours, I'll deduct 20% of the price of the ring and refund the remaining amount to you.
For customers in other countries except the United States and Canada, the return shipping fee is borne by the customer, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
