These custom vinyl decals are the perfect way to add a personal touch to your favorite items! Often used to personalize items such as laptops, cars, and water bottles/tumblers, these are versatile and can also be used to DIY important event items such as wedding boards, guest books, and more.
Decals can be applied on most flat surfaces, such as Water Bottles or Tumblers, iPhone/Phone cases, Macbook or Laptops, iPads or Tablets, Mirrors, Storage Boxes, Glass Jars, Notebooks, Journals, Lockers, Mailbox, Car Windows... you name it! They are also perfect for creating DIY bridal proposal boxes, hangers, or flutes/wine tumblers if you are planning wedding festivities! These decals are crafted from high quality vinyl that can last years indoors or outdoors, and is shipped with transfer tape already applied, along with easy instructions to follow along.

[ RECOMMENDED USAGE ]
We recommend using permanent vinyls ONLY on smooth, non-porous sufraces, such as plastic, glass, glossy metal, glossy fiberglass, or any glossy surface (EX. PVC Make-Up bags are OK, Canvas Make-Up bags are not).
These decals will NOT stick to silicone cases or fabric-related materials. For vinyl that can adhere to fabric materials, you will need to look into Heat Transfer Vinyls (HTV), which we currently do NOT offer.
*IMPORTANT: Permanent Vinyl is a term used to describe vinyls with more stickiness and adhesive than regular vinyl, and does not actually indicate that a vinyl will be permanently stuck onto your item. Heat Transfer Vinyls for fabric, on the other hand, are actually permanent and cannot be removed.
**Please note that colors may vary depending on screens and monitors. We do our color charts and matches based off of vendors and Apple Monitors for real color accuracy. If you would like to see a vinyl color under the sunlight before committing to an order, please feel free to send us a message!
[ PERSONALIZE YOUR DECALS ]
1. Select the size that you need. (Please pay attention to the maximum char. limit for smaller sizes)
2. Select the font type.
3. In the "Personalization" box, please enter the text/names you want us to cut, and let us know what color vinyl you'd like it in. Let us know if there is a height limit. (Please note that Font 16, Megan can only be cut at 1"H minimum and cannot be cut any shorter than that due to how thin the font naturally is).
IMPORTANT: If you do not specify a vinyl color, we will default to WHITE!
4. Checkout
- Mobile Device: Add to cart and adjust the quantity on your checkout page.
- Web/Desktop: Adjust the quantity and press "add to cart."
Only 1 color per decal; 1 line per decal.
We will cut exactly as typed (Ex. Helen vs. helen vs. HELEN)
*****PLEASE NOTE THAT FONT 16 IS OUR THINNEST FONT AND WILL REQUIRE MORE PATIENCE TO APPLY. THE SMALLER YOUR DECAL IS, THE MORE DIFFICULT IT MAY BE TO LIFT THE THIN LINES. HAVING A HOOK OR A TOOL WITH A SHARP TIP WILL HELP FOR THIS FONT.*********
[ SIZING ]
If you are unsure of what size to order, you can send us a message for further guidance. Please note that smaller decal sizes have a maximum character limit in the drop-down selection to ensure that the decal cuts properly.
By default, the more letters in the decal, the shorter the height will be.
If you are flexible with the height but do not want it to exceed a certain height, please make sure to let us know in the "personalization" box along with the other details requested.
If you would like your entire order to be similar in height, please leave us a message stating that. It is important to know that while we can manually adjust the height per request, this may alter the appearance of certain decals depending on the length of the decal as we are forcing it down to a specific size.
Feel free to message us for a FREE mock-up prior to placing an order! If you leave a message for a mock-up with your order, we will send you the proof and only continue processing the order after receiving your confirmation.
[ PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES ]
Please check listing processing times and shop announcements for the most updated processing times. Usually 1-2 business days processing time outside of LATE SHIP periods.
Sizes 11” and under will ship with postage mail via Etsy. This includes automated but limited tracking at various transit scans, and is only traceable through Etsy or Pitney-Bowes, NOT USPS. Additionally, this shipping method usually arrives 1-2 days after it is marked "delivered" by machine automation. If you would like real-time tracking, you will need to upgrade your shipping method at checkout.
Sizes 12”+ will ship with USPS First Class Package Mail, with the option to upgrade for faster shipping methods at checkout.
