* Includes 1 x personalised mug with a modern script font (either Maxwell Williams or Robert Gordon branded)
* Dishwasher sealing is available. It's a paste (a product called Mod Podge) which I apply over the vinyl decal. If you would like this please let me know and I can send you a picture of what it looks like so you can see a mug with a seal before you place an order. I cannot guarantee that this method of sealing the vinyl will keep the decal on the mug forever. It is a paste and can wear and eventually wash off. I personally have washed my own sealed mug several times and it's ok.
Please tell me what you’d like written on the mug - for example “Happy 50th Birthday” or “Name” or “Tea Time”. Please keep in mind this is a curved mug so writing will not be straight. If you also want a long sentence or phrase please contact me first so I can let you know if it will or won't work.

All mug personalisations are made to order. If you place an order requesting a certain font, I do not refund if you receive the item and do not like it.
This is a vinyl decal that I personally design, cut and apply to the outside of the mug. This allows me to customise the writing you request.
It’s not a permanent ink so you cannot put the item through the dishwasher or it will get ruined. The vinyl I use is very good quality and if hand washed can last a while but over time it may come off. I unfortunately cannot guarantee the longevity of the decal but the mugs are exceptionally good quality
It’s similar to a vinyl label that you might use in a pantry on spice jars or organisation tubs.
If you receive your item and it is incorrect or I have made a mistake I will absolutely refund or replace it. If you just don't like how it's turned out I cannot offer a refund or replace the item as they are all made to order, particularly if you selected the option for sealing, as the vinyl will not come off.
