ORDER & SHIPPING INFO:
Each pair is MADE TO ORDER! Cancellations will be accepted within 2-3 days of purchase - I do not accept returns or exchanges on customized or hand painted items, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
**Please be sure to double check your size before ordering!
IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE - PLEASE NOTE:
Selecting a quicker shipping method (one-day shipping, two-day shipping…) does not mean your item will ship in one or two days. Standard processing time of 1-2 weeks still applies to each order. Faster shipping options refer to how quickly USPS will get your item to you once it leaves our hands. It is up to the carrier to get your item to you within the selected time frame. Please contact USPS with any tracking/delivery issues, or contact me for updates on your order progress.
You will receive an email saying that your order has been shipped once the shipping label has been printed. USPS does not immediately scan all packages. If tracking info is marked as “pre-shipment,” this does not mean your package is still in our hands - Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
Once the shipment has left our hands, it is entirely up to the carrier to get your item to you safely within the selected time frame.
Please contact USPS for help locating your package, or file a lost package claim if needed.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Each pair of hand painted sneakers is sealed with Angelus Direct brand "High Gloss" acrylic finisher as a protective finishing coat, however, accidents happen! Sneakers may be washed gently with dish soap and warm water. DO NOT SCRUB.
**Keep in mind: custom shoes are still art, so they should be treated as such! Not recommended for everyday wear. Please wear with care.

Refer to Nike size chart (attached) for size reference.
I do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items - please be sure to double check your size!

Each pair of sneakers is hand painted with Angelus Direct brand leather paint, made exclusively for leather surfaces & materials, along with canvas, denim, faux leather, mesh, nylon, and wood materials.
In order to keep every size option in stock/available, sneakers are purchased to order.
*DISCLAIMER: I only buy & sell AUTHENTIC sneakers directly through Nike/Vans stores, or authorized retailers such as Footlocker, Dick's Sporting Goods, Journey's, etc. The retail price of these items are automatically factored into your total on Etsy. I will ALWAYS have access to receipts for these items, and will never risk buying "knockoffs" to make a larger profit off of sales. I will only ever sell quality items, & I believe that the quality in my work speaks for itself. what you see is what you get!
