For very hot/cold days, we strongly suggest that you have someone available to retrieve your package within an hour of delivery to make sure your plant doesn't start to diminish. Plants left inside the mail box for long periods of time has a greater chance of damage and/or dying. We can delay your shipment per your request due to inclement weather. Just let us know what works best for you. We are not responsible for plants left out in severe weather conditions, postal handling/damage/delays, or buyers neglect. Heat packs are not available at this time. For very cold winter days below 32 degrees we strongly suggest that you have someone available to retrieve your package within an hour of delivery to make sure your plant doesn't freeze outside. Heat packs will only work at 32 degrees and above. We encourage customers to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue with your plant with pictures.🛑🛑.
