PERSONALIZATION BOX:
We utilize the personalization box to collect information regarding event dates. The only changes that can be made to this kit is the color palette. Alongside your event date, please note any colors (if any) you would like to add/exclude from this color palette. We *cannot* personalize any balloons with writing or images!

Customize this balloon garland kit with our complimentary design service! Simply send us your event invitation or party decor pictures, and our expert design team will carefully analyze the colors and themes present in your materials and hand-select a range of complementary colors from our extensive collection of over 80 biodegradable latex balloon options. You will need to request our design service in the note to seller box at checkout and then message us your party inspiration photos, we'll color match them and provide an image of our suggested balloon palette. This service is exclusively available for customers with an open order on file. We do not send photos unless a request is made and inspiration photos are received. Not only does this service save you time and effort in selecting the right colors, but it also guarantees a truly personalized touch to your celebration. All our latex balloon offerings are 100% biodegradable!

Important notes: Balloons are *not* double stuffed. If you choose to inflate your balloons by mouth this will significantly extend your design time. Design times are approximate and may vary for each person. Garlands can be made 24 - 48 hours in advance (storing indoors). If you want matte balloons, we recommend exposing your inflated balloons to the outdoors for approximately one hour to encourage oxidation.
SHIPPING AND LEAD TIME:
Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 2-4 business days via USPS First Class mail, which includes a tracking number and delivers within 3-7 business days. Priority Mail shipping upgrade is available at an additional cost.
RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns on unopened items within 7 business days of delivery, with the return shipping cost to be paid by the buyer. Please note that opened items cannot be returned for safety reasons, and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

+5" balloons do not float with helium and we highly recommend a hand pump to inflate them.
+None of the props in the photo are included.
+Adhesive hooks may peel wallpaper and paint. Please use with caution. Place painters’ tape on the wall before placing any adhesive to protect your walls. A hairdryer can be used to melt the adhesive for easier removal if needed.
+Glue dots will peel wall paint and wallpaper; these are only to be used to secure balloon to balloon.
