Our pettiskirts are made with layers of high quality chiffon and are very full. They are super soft and stretchy and include an attached diaper cover underneath. The flower embellishment is attached with a clip which is removable and can be used as a hair clip as your child grows! The clip is also useful to keep the satin bow from being untied and is removable for washing. We love these Tutu Skirt Bloomers because they are a step up from the traditional ruffle bum bloomers/diaper covers. Tutu Skirt Bloomers have longer layers of ruffles all the way around, on the front AND back.
