3. Make a payment for the corset on our PayPal. (Etsy payment)
Terms of dress production are up to 10 working days.
Warning! The goods can not be returned and exchanged.

Delivery

Please note that the delivery time does not include the time of product manufacture. The production time of the corset is up to 10 working days.

Return and exchange

If the purchased product for some reason did not suit you, we will offer you an alternative to exchange. If it is not available, we will refund it.
Return
To make a refund, simply send us the goods back. Importantly! The product must be in its original form and must not have traces of wear or damage. Must be original tags and packaging.

We will refund 100% of the amount if you make a refund within 24 hours. The presence of a tag is mandatory.

Return the order no later than 15 days after payment of the purchase and receive a refund of 70% of the purchase amount. The presence of a tag is mandatory.

Return the order no later than 30 days after payment of the purchase and receive a refund of 50% of the purchase amount. The presence of a tag is mandatory.
Importantly! Return of the goods is paid by the Buyer. This means that the Buyer undertakes to pay for the delivery in the process of sending the goods to us for return.
We also reserve the right to refuse to return the product if its condition does not match the one you sent.

We will process the information, agree on the details and then generate and send a refund for the order.
There is no return for individual orders! If for some reason the individual order does not correspond to the agreed one, a refund of 60% of the cost is possible.
