At GC Fabs we have created a "Do It Yourself" rose kit. Included with everything you need to make a beautiful steel rose for your loved one, or to display in your own space.
Included will be a plate with pedals and leaves attached made from 20 gauge cold rolled steel. Just a few bends and they will pop out of the holding plate. Also included will be a 12 inch long 1/4" round bar for the stem.
To bend the pedals, needle nose pliers are recommend. This can be welded or you can use metal bonding epoxy. Note that the epoxy will not be as strong as welding.

Total width 3-3.5" depending on tightness of your bends.
We also recommend adding a clear coat to the finished rose or painting it to protect it from rust. (Comes as raw steel) This will make a great project for those looking to do crafts with the whole family. A great way to spend time with others as you make a beautiful creation that will last a lifetime.
