They're unisex but fit true to size (or very close to) for ladies. We recommend sizing up though if you prefer a roomier or oversized look! Guys, we definitely suggest sizing up. CARE:
Wash inside out in cold water and hang to dry or dry in gentle cycle.
Do not iron or if you must, use a towel or pillowcase in between iron and shirt.
