1.) Sizing: Universal sizing is included on the chart guide but it is HIGHLY recommended to first order a sizing kit to determine custom sizing! Universal sizing may be applicable for some, but sizing can vary from brand to brand due to materials used, etc. If an individual wants precise fitting, it's imperative to order a sizing kit specifically from Tazmanian Nailvil. We as a brand are NOT responsible for inaccurate sizing! Returns will NOT be accepted on the basis of wrong sizing, etc. (See pages 2 & 3 of listing for sizing guide/chart) If using custom sizing, please outline those sizes in the "personalization box".🖤💕
2.) Nail Size/Length: We offer 5 different nail styles: Coffin, Stiletto, Round, Almond & Square! The lengths range from short to extra long (1X), please see listing details to view the length/style guide. (See page 4 of listing for length/style guide). If you have any suggestions on a size/style you don't see, please message us directly! If we can accommodate a suggestion we will, so please do not hesitate.💜 💕
3.) Durability: These sets can be used for long lasting wear of up to three weeks! Nail sets can also be reused as long as they have been properly taken care of and sanitized after every use. Our sets utilize top of the line gel polish/extensions, which in turn maximizes durability as well as the comfortability of the consumer. 🤍💕
4.) Whats Included: Every set ordered from Tazmanian Nailvil, first includes your desired set of choice, a preparation kit (see page 5 of the listing for further details), a "how to apply/remove" instruction manual, promotional deals, and a surprise gift!! 🖤💕
5.) Processing Times: Processing times will vary based on demand! It is out goal to make and ship out orders as fast as possible but as of now, processing times are set to 5-7 business days from when a customer first places an order. Again, this can vary and we hope to be able to ship orders out even before the 5 day mark but if not possible, please note our policy references that we have up to 7 days to make and ship out an order! Keep in mind, these sets are handmade and have to be singly crafted/painted, which contributes to longer processing times. Your patience is definitely not in vain so please reach out directly for questions about processing, etc. 💜💕
6.) Shipping Times: Please be mindful that processing and shipping times are NOT the same. Processing times, which our brand takes full accountability for, has to do with how long the order will take to make and then be shipped out. Shipping times, concern how long the order will take to arrive at your selected destination after being shipped out from us. Our brand is not liable for shipping times! Once the order is delivered to the postal service (USPS, etc.,) for shipping, you must contact that carrier for accurate arrivals dates, etc. Once the package has been labeled as "shipped out", we are not responsible for any potential delays that may occur with the mail carrier. 🤍💕
7.) Returns/Exchanges: As mentioned in our return policy within "Etsy", we do not accept any returns, exchanges, etc. If there are any issues/concerns with an order, please contact us directly! It is our goal to keep all of our customers happy, so we will gladly work with anyone to find a solution if they are not satisfied with an order.🖤💕
