Measuring/Sizing:
-Please provide an accurate measurement for sizing in the personalisation box below using our measuring & size guides shown on the listing photos, this is so that we can make it to the correct size. If this is not specified we will make the item to the size ordered without taking into consideration any special request/sizes that may be required.
-ALWAYS ALLOW FOR APPROX 2 FINGERS SPACE BETWEEN YOUR PETS NECK & THE TAPE MEASURE!
Puppies:
-If you have a puppy we recommend sizing up from their current measurements, if you are unsure please send us a message and we may be able to offer some advise so you get the best use out of your products! Online guidance can also be a good place to get an idea of the size for your breed (please note all dogs are different).
Lead Time & Delivery:
-All of our products are made to order & the current lead time is shown on the 'estimated arrival' section. (This is subject to change) if the item is completed sooner we will post it out using your chosen shipping option. Free delivery is sent 2nd Class Standard (this can be upgraded at a cost which you can add on at checkout) this is a NON trackable service if tracking of your products is required please send us a message so the price difference can be purchased as an additional option via a 'custom order'
-International orders are sent International Standard, this again is a NON trackable service, upgrades can be requested for tracking in the same way as above.
-Once your item has been dispatched you will receive notification of this, we are not responsible for items when they have left our possession & entered that of Royal Mail, although we are happy to assist with any delivery queries please note that UK orders may take up to 10 working days & international orders may take up to 25 working days, until this time has surpassed we cannot provide any further investigation.
