CUSTOMIZATION INFO
- For these I start with a rough mockup of the layout and symbols, and I'll share this with you for approval before I stitch anything out! If you are not good about checking Etsy messages please leave an email or phone number in the personalization box.
- Since this item is made with an embroidered appliqué process (fabric with an embroidered border) I'm not able to do anything crazy detailed - stick to simple symbols that are representative of your school!
- A few symbol ideas for inspo: football/basketball/baseball/etc, pom poms, megaphone, cowboy boot, bow, stars/hearts, baseball cap, foam finger, football helmet, taxi, numbers, letters, abbreviations/short phrases, paw print, year, logo IF IT IS SIMPLE, greek letters.
- Symbols to avoid: Stadiums, bars/specific location, detailed logos.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT
- Every single one of these sweatshirts will be completely unique - the placement of patches will not be exactly the same on any of them!
- This item is completely customizable and can be made for any school, sorority, or organization.
- Sizing/color info are on the listing slides.
- Writing is done with appliqué - fabric surrounded by embroidery.
- When filling out the personalization box please make sure you answer ALL questions. Not providing enough information for me to make your order can delay when you receive it/result in your order being canceled.
SHIPPING
- Processing time is several weeks since each item is custom and made to order. I am also a full time college student so the timing varies depending on the amount of schoolwork and exams I have at the time!
- Shipping/delivery dates given by Etsy are estimates, please message me PRIOR to placing your order if you need it by a specific date, I will let you know if I'm able to accommodate!
