Welcome! We are so excited to have you here. this listing is for our silly goose cupcake toppers. These are design is 3 inches. We personalize these with the photo that you send over. We will take out the background, crop around the face, and add the face to the design. When placing your order you have an option to select 2 faces. This will give you 2 photos split evenly between the quantity of toppers that you select. These will come assembled and ready for use. HOW TO ORDER Select the amount of toppers you would like from the first drop down menu. Then you will select the amount of faces you would like from the second drop down menu. PROCESSING TIMES Our processing time is 3-5 business days. This is the time it will take us to design, cut, assemble, package, and ship out your order. This DOES NOT include the shipping times. The shipping time is how fast the items will move through transit once we drop them off to the shipping carrier. You can find 3 shipping options at checkout. SELECTING THE CORRECT SHIPPING Please select the correct shipping option when placing your order. We do not have a rush order option as all of our items are custom and we stay very busy day to day. Our processing time is always 3 days. You must select the shipping option that gets your items to you before your event. We suggest selecting the one that gets your items to you before your event. If your event is in the middle of the estimated arrival dates we suggest upgrading your shipping. HOW TO SEND A PHOTO You can send us a photo through Etsy messenger that you would like us to use. We will let you know if the photo that you send is good enough quality and will work for the toppers.
