You are responsible for any errors in photos, misspellings, wrong dates, party/event date changes, quantity ordered, colors, etc.

๐ If you choose to cancel during the proof stage there will be a partial refund for design work done. There will be a $35 deduction for time worked. (Example, if design is sent and you no longer want to move forward your order will be refunded deducting $35 for design time)

๐ FAQs
๐ My order was received after my event date due to wrong address, carrier was late or I entered the wrong date. May I have a refund? NO Refunds allowed for this situation.
๐ The carrier lost my package or it was stolen , may I have a refund? NO refund allowed for this situation. Please contact your USPS office for possible pickup and go to usps.com to file a claim. If stolen you may need to file a police report as well.
๐ My order says it was delivered but it has not been delivered? Please contact your local USPS office. They may have your package there. If not you must file a missing package report with USPS. There are no refunds.
๐ I canceled my event or changed my event date and I no longer need my party favors that already been assembled or arrived to my destination. May I have a refund? NO Refunds allowed for this situation. These are custom party favors and can not be restocked.
๐ I didn't realize my name was spelled wrong or wrong information was on my party favor may I have a reprint or refund? No refund allowed, however, a reprint will be sent with an additional fee (labels only no treats, you assemble).
๐ Can I change my need by date or theme? Yes, as long as the assembling process hasn't been started. If so there may be additional fee, however, I can not promise depends on how far along the process has been started.
We ship USPS , UPS and FED EX depending on the size of the order. Tracking will be sent via email.
