YOU MUST HAVE A HEAT PRESS IN ORDER TO PRESS THESE TRANSFERS - NO Refunds will be offered, if you are not familiar with sublimation please familiarize yourself before applying the design. We are not responsible for any damage to any substrate you may be using. Sublimation is permanent, you can not wash it out or remove it once the heat has been applied. -Transfer must be used on a substrate coated for sublimation (mugs, etc.) or fabric with at least 60% polyester (will have a vintage look) for best results 100% polyester is recommended. The medium you use should be light in color. The image WILL NOT show up on black or dark colors. White or gray work best however you can use any light-colored item you like, just keep in mind that the colors of the inks in the transfer may appear different once pressed. Please keep in mind that sublimation does not print white. Anywhere your design has the color white, it will show through to the color of the substrate you are pressing on. -We use premium sublimation paper and ink to ensure you are getting a quality transfer.
