2. fold them together along the flap
3. apply glue the folding line and the edge of the liner
4. fold and press down the liner on the envelope
We recommend using liquid glue or clear tape applicator roller (searching it at Amazon) to get the best result for vellum liners when assembled. Or if you don't need to apply glue and you would like to do, just fold them along to the flap of envelopes.
