All materials are available off-the-shelf from your local hardware stores. Sizes are standard easily –available sizes. We don’t use any specialist materials that are hard to source. Easy to prefab and install. Minimal in-situ works, most work can be prefabricated in a factory. Only the concrete footings need to be cast onsite. The rest of the materials can be prefabricated and delivered to site pre-built and pre-finished. All metals frames can be pre-welded in factory and will fit into the back of a lorry.
All Roofs, Walls, And Floors can be insulated with 2” to 6” Thick Insulation Batts, Sprayed-in Insulation Foams and Bubble Sisalation Foils. Electric or Woodstoves, Chimneys, Washers, can be installed inside. Interior space is quite spacious.

MATERIALS:
The interior construction method is similar to kitchen cabinet carpentry. Materials are MDF boards, plywood, cement fibre boards. Your kitchen cabinet carpenter will be able to fabricate the interior for you. The external frame is 2” x 4” RHS metal frame with some welding required. The external skin is made of cement fibre boards painted with water proofing layer. You should be able to get all the materials from your local Home Depot. All materials are available off-the-shelf.
Metal Frame, dry floor and wall construction (cement fibre board, timber board, glass, plywood, etc.), Metal or Shingles roofing, Concrete Footings, Metal stumps, Insulation Batts with Sisalation Foil or Spray-On Insulation Foam. You can get all the materials from your local hardware stores.

Estimated Costs of materials only = USD19, 000. (For owners who are building this house without hired labor)
Because costs vary depending on your location and the finishes you choose. The best way to get a cost estimate is to ask a contractor in your area for $ per SF for the whole lot.
