These plates are made from A36 Steel and is seasoned with flaxseed oil. These plates are GREAT for baking pizza’s and all kinds of other foods in your oven or on your grill!!
Note that these are TWO (2) PIECES OF STEEL that lay side by side to form a larger pizza stone. This helps cut down on weight while handling. The listing size will be the FULL SIZE after placing the (2) plates together. For example:
Selecting the 12" x 12" will be (2) pieces of 6" x 12" Pizza Steels that fit together to form a 12" x 12" Steel.
Selecting the 14" x 16" will be (2) pieces of 7" x 16" Pizza Steels that fit together to form a 14" x 16" Steel.
Selecting the 16" x 20" will be (2) pieces of 8" x 20" Pizza Steels that fit together to form a 16" x 20" Steel.
Selecting the 18" x 18" will be (2) pieces of 9" x 18" Pizza Steels that fit together to form a 18" x 18" Steel.
Selecting the 24" x 18" will be (2) pieces of 12" x 18" Pizza Steels that fit together to form a 24" x 18" Steel.
See pictures and note the direction of the seam where the plates join together. The seam will ALWAYS run the length of the plates. If you want the seam to run the opposite way, we will need to make a special listing for you to purchase.
