The return policy on these discounted ready to ship items is exchange in the original condition for something of the same value or less within 30 days or for store credit from my website. The stockings measure approximately 31" after production, the textile is pre washed for shrinkage but a variance of up to 6% in length can occur with hanging, wearing, pressing etc. This styles length can not be modified

This item is ready to ship in the size and colors available in the drop down menu
The sold out colors in the drop down menu can be ordered by request in "notes to seller" at check out. The turn around time on made to order is currently 3 weeks.
*****SILK CASHMERE KNIT *****
This range is very special for us in that it is made from textiles we designed and produced by our very own knitting machine
Made by a combination of machine knitting, cutting, serging and sewing with 85/15 spun silk/cashmere yarn. The finishing on these garments is not traditionally linked as you will find in a factory made sweater but cut and serged
85% silk
15% cashmere
This fabric has been pre washed for shrinkage
hand wash cold/gentle
lay flat to dry for most consistent results.

*a special note about garment lengths The nature of knit garments is that they stretch which means that the lengths will vary and are not precise. If you are hoping for a very specific length or fit please be prepared to have the item hemmed or altered after receipt. We try to fit true to size but will err on the long and large side to allow for this possibility.*
*****SHIPPING*****
anything described as made to order in the title has a turn around time on production, this is usually 1-2 weeks but can vary through the year especially during the holidays. The listing will be updated with the turn around time in the shipping tab, our announcement page and also in the right hand side bar of the listing. Please check out the ready to ship items in the shop sections if you need something sooner
*****PACKAGING*****
Your order will be wrapped in simple kraft paper and a fabric ribbon enclosed in a small cardboard box or 100% recyclable paper envelope. We use paper tape which is recyclable on curbside and recycled shipping boxes when available. In the interest of saving paper your invoice will not be included in domestic shipments but a link to print your invoice will be emailed with your order should you need one.
The return address will be from Amanda Boyd not from Sandmaiden Sleepwear for confidentiality.
International orders we can include the gift card but not omit the invoice or gift wrap for customs purposes.

New return policies as of September 23 2024
Return with authorization number within the package posted back within 1 week in the original unworn and unlaundered condition. Please contact me for an RA# and in some cases a return shipping label.
I can offer an exchange for the same item in a different size or color if available.
Shipping charges are non refundable. Return postage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event we provide a pre paid return label the cost will be deducted from the refund.
Returns that are posted back after one week of receipt will be subject to a 10% restocking fee per week up to 3 weeks maximum in the event the item was held for a gift occasion or received when on vacation etc. Etsy does not offer store credit but we can offer store credit on our website for a late return up to 30 days in lieu of the restocking fee.
Returns with any odors or stains of moisturizer, perfume, smoke etc and/or signs of laundering will be rejected and sent back to the customer or donated.
International orders that are refused or unclaimed at customs will be donated, I do not accept a return on these orders but will re ship the items if shipping charges are paid for by the buyer.
Panties and sets with panties are final sale items, no exceptions.
Special order colors that are not offered in the drop down menu or custom sized orders such as half size or split size or petite/tall lengths where not offered in the drop down menu are final sale items.
Returns will take 1-3 weeks to process. Be sure to include the RA# within the package to expedite the process.
Some discounted sale items may be final sale items as described in the listing
During peak sale times such as cyber week and black friday I may change the return policy as described in the listing at the time of the sale.
