Delivery - to keep delivery cost low I ship all orders in a colorful envelope. Unfortunately for packages being shipped outside of the US shipping prices are higher. All orders receive a tracking number.
If you receive an email stating your package has been “delivered” but you haven’t received your package please give it about 1-2 days. This has been a common occurrence where packages arrive after you’ve received a “delivered” notice.
If your package is lost in the mail we apologize for the inconvenience but we are not responsible for any lost packages. You can always try to file a claim with the post office for missing/lost packages.
