Here is a rare and hard to find black patent bag by Soure New York from the 1950s. The bag is covered in a clear plastic coating to protect the embellishments which are metallic gold ric rac, white and gold 3D roses and big portrait cameos that look like they may be porcelain. The interior of the bag is a white textured slubby fabric. Very clean inside-the photo of the label shows a bit of soiling near the zipper inside but it's very faint irl and was probably caused by makeup. I don't think this bag got a lot of use-it's not scratched up and the handle is in great shape as well as the interior being very clean.
Bag is 7" high (not including handle) 12" wide and 3" deep
