- Please note that our products are NOT dishwasher safe unless otherwise indicated!
- A 3D print is not a cast part and therefore has grooves that result from the printing process. However, if handled and cleaned properly, this is not a problem.
- The feeder and the animals shown in the product images are not part of this offer. We only sell accessories for the feeders!

Return and exchange:
In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used pet bowls. This policy is for the protection and health of our animals. By purchasing these items, you agree that the sale is complete. Please read the full description carefully to ensure you find the right item for you. The buyer bears full responsibility for determining the suitability of the item before purchasing.
Personalized items are generally excluded from return and exchange (unless they are defective goods),
Defective goods:
If an item is not as described or you have received the wrong style, colour or size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can resolve this issue for you. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. You will be asked to return the product for inspection so that we can issue a replacement or refund.
Lost or damaged packages:
Please wait 10 business days after the shipping date before contacting us if you have not received your item. All packages are shipped with DHL Germany or Deutsche Post. All our shipments are tracked.
Returned mail:
I do not offer refunds if a package is returned for the following reasons:
- The address you provided was incorrect.
- The package was not claimed when the post office attempted to deliver it.
- The package was not picked up at the collection point.
Shipment:
All orders are shipped to the shipping address provided in your Etsy order. Please verify this address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct before completing the purchase.
