The frame you see in the main listing picture is NOT included in the sale. If you place the order which includes a framed option, you will receive either a white or black frame (depending on what you choose) The frame will have a clear perspex cover instead of glass to reduce breakages
This comes as either A3 (11.7 x 16.5 inch), A4 (8.3 x 11.7 inch), A5 (5,83 x 8.27 inch) or 7x5inch and will be printed onto high quality glossy photo paper (UNFRAMED) unless you choose a purchase option which includes a frame
All UNFRAMED PRINT orders to the UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post (NOT TRACKED) unless you choose and pay to upgrade the postage
FRAMED PRINTS orders to the UK will be sent with 48 hour tracked delivery and you will be sent the tracking number upon dispatch so you can see where your parcel is
FRAMED & UNFRAMED PRINT orders sent overseas are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked Post
DIGITAL PDF'S (these are not an instant download) will be e-mailed in size A4 unless you tell me otherwise
NON UK DIGITAL PDF ORDERS ONLY - please use code PDF01 at check to remove postage costs

Due to the product being personalised we will not be able to issue refunds, unless the item has arrived damaged, in this case please let us know within 7 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept returns once the 30 days have passed.
