How do I personalise my print?
Let us know the colour scheme you would like and we will then create your print! If you would like any other personalisation then please also let us know this when checking out.
What happens then?
We will then send over a draft copy of your design for you to double-check within 1-3 days of your order being placed. Rest assured your print will not leave our office until you're happy with it! Please keep an eye out for the draft coming through to you via Etsy messenger. Once your Print has been approved, this will then be sent via your chosen delivery method (digital file or physical print)
How will my physical print arrive?
We package all prints in a protective cello wallet and post in a sturdy card backed envelope to ensure they arrive in the condition we left them in. On the rare occasion that there is a problem with the condition you receive your print, please drop us a message with proof of this and we will resend your print free of charge.
What if my print doesn't arrive on time?
If your order seems to be taking longer than anticipated to arrive then please message us directly and we will do everything we can to help. We ship all prints via Royal Mail second class.
What if I am unhappy with my order?
If you’re unhappy with your order, then please message our page with any concerns and we will work with you to satisfy your problem or issue. No issue is too big or small - we want you to be more than happy with your print.
