It comes with instructions in the packaging. How to use: Use twice weekly (or more), Leave on for 3-4 hours or overnight (only if you have done oiling before, if not then eventually you can), use it warm (take some out in a bowl and microwave for couple of secs) OR you can dunk the bottle (lid tightly closed) in hot water to warm up the entire bottle (I prefer that way) it helps activate the ingredients, massage onto the scalp for few mins.
Tip: Use on dry hair. Its best to align it with the days you wash your hair so if you know you are washing your hair today then apply couple hours before/overnight and then wash your hair with regular shampoo and conditioner.
