Preparation:
Before you place the sticker, make sure your shoes and hands are clean.
Fix the shoe between your thigs; so you can use both hands.
Then use the wipe on the heel and let it dry.
This simplify any future removal of the ProtectMyHeels Sticker.
Try to avoid fingerprints on the sticker.
1. Stick on
Place the sticker on the heel, directly above the heel cap.
2. Wrap
Wrap the sticker around the heel.
Be careful that the ends of the sticker do not stick on each other.
3. Cut
If the ends of the sticker are too long, cut them and fold inside the heel.

How to remove
If you want to remove ProtectMyHeels, pull it off carefully and slow, if possible use a hairdryer to heat the sticker a little.
