This is the exact fit for Rheem, Ruud and Richmond 45-50 gallon hot water heaters (all made by Rheem). If your water heater looks like the one in the pictures, exhaust duct adapter is the correct one. This unit uses the full 12" exhaust opening that tapers to an 10"/8"/6"/4" duct collar which provides better air flow then the OEM. Available in multiple sizes with an 10/8/6/4" inch collar for 45-50 gallon water heaters to connect to the required duct work. Comes with two screws to mount into the factory mounting holes. This is an after market exhaust vent at a fraction of the cost of the OEM Rheem plastic adapter. This seals against the sides and uses the factory mounting points.
