What is a Proof?
A proof is an electronic image of the sticker with the personalization provided for the customer to review and point out any errors in spelling, if any, or make any necessary changes prior to the printing of the stickers. Proofs are not size specific, so you will receive an enlarged image of the sticker for better viewing.
While many other Etsy shops charge a fee for Proofs, Lovelees Creations provides Proofs FREE of charge, so I highly recommend that you take advantage of this option.
Simply choose your option in the drop down menu upon ordering! Please be sure the email address you provide is valid so that you are able to receive the proofs.
Proofs are sent to the customer via Etsy Conversations and I will send a direct email to the email provided by the customer if I do not receive a response via Etsy within 1-2 hours of proof being sent. If you have not received the proof within a few hours of the purchase, please check your spam folder.
-NOTE- If a Proof of the sticker has been requested and an approval of the Proof has NOT been received from the customer within 48 hours of purchase, the stickers will be shipped out with the personalization exactly as was provided to me without the customer approval. (We will not be responsible for any errors in spelling or wrong dates, etc. if what is printed on the sticker matches the personalization information provided to us and refunds will NOT be issued)

Approved orders generally ship within three (1 - 3) business days. Shipping is via USPS First Class Mail (2-6 days shipping time)
