50% Deposit to Begin Samples
To move forward, a 50% deposit of your quoted price is required. This deposit covers the creation of up to 50 sample photos, which will be used to confirm your preferences and finalize the style before proceeding with the full order.
Review Sample Photos
We’ll provide up to 50 sample photos for you to review. These samples allow you to confirm the style, design, and creative direction. Note: These sample photos are for review purposes only and do not count toward your package total.
Finalize Your Order
After you approve the samples, we’ll proceed to create your custom stock photo package. Your remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project.

Deposit Policy
The $5 customization fee is non-refundable and covers the processing of your request and initial consultation.
Once your quote is approved, a 50% deposit is required to begin creating samples. This deposit is also non-refundable if you choose not to proceed after receiving your samples.
Sample Photos
Sample photos are provided for style confirmation only and do not count toward your final photo package.
Revisions
All packages include a specific number of revisions to adjust and refine the final photos based on your feedback. Additional revisions beyond your package allocation may require an extra fee.
Rush Orders
If you need your photos expedited, please select the Rush Order Option when completing the form. Rush orders incur an additional fee, which will be outlined in your quote.
Final Deliverables
Finalized photos will be delivered digitally in your preferred format (e.g., JPEG, PNG, TIFF) and resolution.
