When estimating a frame, the size taken in to consideration, inches will be the size of the backboard and the Perspex.
Our frames are designed to fit the exact picture size as listed. For example, if you order a 10x8" frame, it will perfectly fit your 10x8" picture. If the frame includes a mount, the overall frame size will be larger due to the mount surrounding the picture. In frame with a mount, we specify the aperture size, which is the size of the picture that will fit inside the frame. Please make sure to check the aperture size when ordering to ensure the frame suits your picture.
This size is taken from the rear of edge and not the front and not the general size.
All sizes quoted are the Picture size NOT the overall frame size. Approx. 5 mm picture would be hide in viewing window, to hold picture under frame

Please kindly peel off the protector from both sides of the plastic sheet when you get your parcel.
If you receive the frame in damaged condition, please send us one photo showing the entire frame without a close-up or cut out from the front, Ensure that the Whole frame is fitted into a single photo, and 1-2 photos of the damaged areas.
