D-tailed Designs offers gloss, matte, and iridescent finishes for our paddles! Epoxy coating is also available! Please contact the seller before placing an order for epoxy coating! If you are interested in the double-layered letters, please place your order in a reasonable time frame. These letters are outsourced from another business. After placing your order, please send me a message and we can collaborate on a design that fits your expectations. Otherwise, I will take creative control if your order does not mention any specifications. Feel free to message me before placing your order if you have any questions. A rush fee ($15) will apply for orders that are requested ahead of normal processing time. If your item will required expedited service, please contact the seller before placing your order.
USPS, UPS, and FedEx experience delays during high-peak mailing seasons. Your item may be delayed during the months of February (Valentine's Day), May (Mother's Day), June (Father's Day), and December (Christmas). Ordering early is greatly encouraged!
Personalizations
Please add the colors of your organization (primary and secondary). The primary will be your base and the secondary will be for letters and other information included on the paddle. Also, please include any details such as your line name, number, ship name, chapter, etc. We can also include embellishments such as pearls and crystals (faux diamonds, rubies, etc). Wooden crests are an additional fee; please contact me before ordering! We are eager to create any design idea that you may have!
POLICY:
Cancellations will only be accepted if they are made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Unfortunately, I do NOT accept any cancellations for personalized or custom orders.
I do NOT accept returns unless an item arrives damaged.
If an item arrives damaged, please message us ASAP so that we can open a ticket with the carrier service.
I do NOT offer refunds if your item arrives late due to shipping. Let me know if you have a specific date, and I will try my best to accommodate your order.
Once your item is accepted by USPS it is entirely out of my hands.
If it is late in transit you will need to go through USPS to resolve the issue.
