Caring for cardboard tips;
- Follow the assembly instructions supplied with the item
- Avoid contact with liquids. If the cardboard does become wet, use an absorbent cloth and quickly mop up spill
- Cardboard Jungle items are suitable for indoor use only
Delivery;
- Items are usually despatched within 1-2 days or order
- Depending on your location, your items may be delivered anywhere from 2-7 days from time of purchase (Cardboard Jungle is based in Melbourne)
- If you wish to purchase from outside Australia please contact us via email for a quote
Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?
- Unless otherwise specified in the booking process, a signature is required to accept the delivery
- If you are not home at the time of delivery, it may be left at a nearby location for you to pickup at a more convenient time (such as a local post office, news agency, etc), or a redelivery card may be left by the courier (with information in how to arrange a redelivery).
- Delivery it typically between 9am to 5pm weekdays, so it may be more convenient to arrange delivery to your place or work
Can I the delivery be left at my home without a signature?
- In some cases the courier is able to leave the delivery in a safe place without a signature (if specified in the booking process). However, it is up to the discretion of the courier if there is a suitable place to leave the delivery unattended
- To specify this in the booking process, add the relevant details to the ‘Add note to seller’ section at the checkout cart
- Please note no responsibility can be taken by Cardboard Jungle or the courier for deliveries left unattended
Warranty;
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, or acts of God.
Returns & refunds;
- If you happen to change your mind, Cardboard Jungle items can be returned within 7 days for a full refund as long as they are in as-new condition. Items must be returned flat packed, unfolded, and be in the exact same state as when it was shipped.
- If the item you receive is faulty, we will replace the item or refund your money.
- Cardboard Jungle will not refund the cost of the return freight.
