**STEP ONE - PURCHASING
All kinds of photos are accepted.
Type custom request in the Personalization Box.
Make sure the shipping address is correct. (We won't able to change it or ship to a different address)
Pick a right shipping method for your schedule.
**STEP TWO – SEND YOUR PHOTOS
Send in your photos through Etsy messaging (Note that there is no upload option when ordering).
We replicate the exact photo that you provide. Make sure you are overall happy with the photo you upload.
Photo best practices:
• High-Resolution (most smartphones)
• Whole face is showing, any part that's cut off will be printed as is
• Close-up from the front at eye level
• Even & natural lighting
**STEP THREE – APPROVE YOUR PROOF
You will receive the proof through Etsy messaging within 1 business day. Upon approval, it will be sent into production. You have a 24hr window to edit the proof. The proof will be auto-approved if you don't reply to meet the due date so please look out for Etsy message. Any cost for correction, shipping after approval is buyer's responsible.
