Specifications
The files are prepared for cutting and nested on a wood sheet measuring 48x96 inches (1220x2440 mm). We can nest the files and wood thickness according to your preferred sheet size and CNC settings. Feel free to reach out for more information.
The product on the photos is made using a 19.05mm (3/4 inches) wood thickness including an extra
second option of 18mm wood thickness. You can adjust the model's size according to your
preferences, considering the thickness of the wood and final dimensions of the product.
Dimension of the Bed Headboard:
Large:
• (240x337x22) cm or (94.5x132.7x8.66) inches consisting of 89 slices.
• You will need 18 sheets of (4 x 8 feet) or (1220x2440mm) ¾ inches or 19.05 mm wood
thickness
• Ideal for spacious areas where you want to make a bold statement. This size is perfect for
creating a significant visual impact.
Medium:
• (226.8x318.4x20.79) cm or (89x125.35x8.19) inches consisting of 89 slices.
• You will need around 17 sheets of (4 x 8 feet) or (1220x2440mm) 18 mm wood thickness
• Perfect for more compact areas or for creating subtle, understated accents. This size is
ideal for those seeking a delicate touch of design.
This series of headboard products uses our innovative Snap Mount system, which offers a straightforward assembly process. It requires no screws to assemble the pattern pieces, making it
easy to attach and detach each piece from the wall. This provides a hassle-free mounting and removal
experience for users seeking convenience. Using the snap mount, you don’t necessarily need to add
any dog bone or tbone fillets to the internal corners. Adding them is optional, but it will result in a
tighter fit. The snap mount is designed with an extra allowance of 1.2mm for the joints to account for
CNC tolerances and various wood options.
