As a defense mechanism, plants may lose their leaves due to stress. If cared for properly, they will recuperate. We are here to offer advice for plants that have experienced stress
You may receive a trimmed plant:
1) To keep our stock in good order, we trim our plants throughout the year. By doing this, it can make the plants healthier, sturdier, bloom more and maintain a nice growth habit. This is a common practice in the Horticulture industry
2) To help with maintaining moisture and helps with shipping stress
3) Most plants prefer to be trimmed before planting. Trimming will help with wilt, breakage and help with the shock of transplanting
Shipped plants need to be treated like food. If you're not happy with your food, you would let your server know right away. We expect the same consideration.
If you receive a stressed plant, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Pictures must be provided. We will then determine if the plant can be nursed back to health and work with you on a treatment plan. If it is determined the plant is no longer viable, we will promptly refund your money.
