The design will be created using a heat press technique and we use high-quality DTF materials for a long-lasting finish. We offer Gildan and Bella Canvas brands, depending on our current stock. If you have a preference, please leave a note in your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please make sure to select the correct size and color when placing your order. The first photo in the listing may show a sweatshirt, but all shirts are actually short-sleeved. We will fulfill your order according to your selections, so please double-check before submitting.
Please note that any changes or additions to the design shown in the listing photo may result in an additional fee. To make sure we can accommodate your request, please contact us through the message box before placing your order. If we do not receive a request through the message box, we will ship the item as shown in the photo.
It's important to check the color charts for the available options for the size and type of shirt you want. Not all colors are available for every type of shirt, so please be sure to confirm before placing your order. In the event that you do not check the color charts, we will send the closest available option.
If you accidentally enter the wrong address with your order, please message us immediately through the message box. We will do our best to help, but we can only make changes if the item has not yet been made and processed for shipping.

2. Choose your size and add each shirt to your cart separately.
3. Select your shirt color from the drop-down menu.
4. Shipping will automatically combine for multiple items.
5. Complete checkout once the correct color and quantity have been added.
6. Your custom shirt will be ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays, handling times may be affected.
Please note that our shirts are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our color and size charts before placing your order. If you have any questions, please send us a message and we will be happy to clarify any sizing or color concerns.

To ensure the longevity of your shirt, please wash in cold water and do not use bleach. Do not dry clean and avoid direct contact with an iron on the design.
