• You will add them to your cart
• You will then check out
|SHIPPING AND PROCESSING|
• Order will be processed as soon as it is received (3-5 business days)
• Item will be carefully packaged and mailed out via USPS with a tracking number
• According to the USPS website it can take anywhere from 3-8 business days for your item to reach you from the time it was first scanned by the USPS
• Your order will be shipping from the East Coast. Please keep that in mind when ordering
• Please place orders AT LEAST 2-3 weeks prior to your event date to ensure that your order will arrive in time.

|CANCELATIONS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES|
• We begin working on your item right after your order is placed
• Refunds will not be given for items that were not reached to you due to the post office still having your item in transit and it not making it to you on your timeline.
• Also, if the item states it was delivered but you haven't received it we suggest contacting your local post office and speaking to your mail carrier/post master to get an update
• Refunds will only be given if there was an error with the personalization on the shop owners part
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, no cancellations, exchanges, or returns will be accepted. No exceptions
