HOW TO ORDER:
*Select the SIZE and STYLE you'd like in the drop-down menu. ***sizes are measured by width***
*Select the QUANTITY and ADD TO CART.
*Include the requested information in the personalization box AT CHECKOUT.
ITEM DETAILS:
*Outdoor commercial grade vinyl (6 years outdoor use).
*Vinyl decal is removable but not reusable.
*This decal is NOT for the wall or clothing. Because of the permanent adhesive, they are NOT recommended for use on walls or furniture as they could remove the paint when the decal is removed.
*Can be applied to any hard, smooth, non-porous surfaces.
*Application instructions (also found in the FAQ), applicator, and alcohol wipe are included with your item.
DECAL CARE:
*If the decal is placed on drinkware: hand wash only, not dishwasher or microwave safe, do not scrub or soak.
*If the decal is placed on a vehicle: do not clean with harsh chemicals and do not scrub.
*Any bubbles that occur during application should work themselves out within a few days.
*DzinesbyMichelle is not responsible for any damage done to the decal in the application process.
SHIPPING INFO:
Decals are mailed via USPS First Class Mail and should arrive within 2-5 days of shipment.

REFUND POLICY:
This is a custom item made just for you therefore it cannot be returned for a refund. If there are any mistakes made on my part, please message me and I will fix right away. If there are any concerns you may have about your item, please message me and I will always try my best to remedy the situation. However, I cannot be held responsible for any damage done to the decal in the application process. If your decal includes a monogram, please make sure to include the initials in the order you would like them to read on the monogram, that will be the order they will be cut in.
Please be sure to clean the surface prior to the application. Alcohol or Windex normally does the trick. The most common reason for a decal not adhering is a non-clean surface.
Vinyl colors may appear slightly different on your computer monitor or phone screen than they do in person because of brightness, monitor settings, etc. Please keep this in mind when choosing a color!
