Each program is a double-sided, regular 8.5 x 11 sheet, folded into a standard booklet. Each program features 8 pages of information (front cover, 2 facing pages, 2-page centerfold, 2 facing pages, back cover). These are very nice and unique to highlight your accomplishments! When ordering, please include/specify pertinent details: 1. Full name, rate and warfare designators as it is to appear 2. Date and location of ceremony 3. Officer sleeve/collar device 4. Your bio and photo (attach file or email us) 5. Guest Speaker bio and photo (attach file or email us) 6. Order of program details 7. Command duty station history 8. Any other photos you would like included (attach or email us) 9. Special Recognition (i.e family members) 10. Personal Thanks (i.e. chain of command or mentors) 11. Specify any special instructions (i.e. inclusion of Creed, special quotes, etc. to make your program truly unique to you Any specifics not included in your initial order can be added as we build the program and provide unlimited proofing for you. We never send files to our print vendor until you are 100% satisfied with the program drafts. Programs are produced and shipped from a professional print vendor in Las Vegas, NV. Standard order quantities are 100 copies, 50, 25 and 15. If need other quantities not listed, please contact for custom quote. How do we set our prices? Our $170 design fee is standard, regardless of quantity purchased. Whether 100 copies or 10,000 copies...the design process is the same. So we do not nickel and dime on design. Prices fluctuate depending on quantity actually produced and shipped via our print vendor in Las Vegas, NV. Shipping costs from Las Vegas typically run $20-$30. 8 pages maximum with this order.
