Printing process:
-All cases are made to order;
-Please allow 3-5 business days of printing lead time. While fests/quarantine time handling time can take up to 1-2 weeks.
Shipping process:
-Delivery time across the US takes up to 3-5 days. For abroad orders, it may vary from 1 to 2 weeks.
-Please, check your address on Etsy profile before making a purchase. we’ll ship the package to the address provided by Etsy, unless we receive a request.
-We’re not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers but will try our best to compensate.
Payment:
-We accept all major credit cards, PayPal.
-We can not accept money orders or checks.

Refunds & Exchanges:
-All cases can be exchanged and refunded EXCEPT customized.
-Customer is responsible for any extra shipping cost caused by return or exchange.
-Customized cases are refundable, only if there is a problem with the case (damaged in the mail/defective print/wrong model was sent). Please send us a photo of what’s wrong and we will try to figure out how to rectify it.
-The price of the case can be refunded once it is returned. Please let us know the tracking number of the returned package. It will help in case if the package is lost in the mail.
-A refund may take up to 7 working days.
If there are any changes to the order please contact us within 12 hours of ordering.
Please, take into consideration! Additional taxes may be applied by Etsy due to your place of destination. The shop do not charge any taxes.
