For any reason your piece has fitment issues, we will accept it back and adjust it to your liking. You must send us back the original item sent and we will try our best to get it back to you within 2-3 weeks of receipt of your original item.
SHIPPING:
To offer you a defect free piece of jewelry, the time to have your item finished is around 2-3 weeks. We use USPS with a ship time of 3-5 days with full insurance and tracking available upon shipment.
