Our goal is for you, the customer, to be fully satisfied with your product. If your goods are damaged or faulty we will gladly replace or refund them, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, we will ask to be provided with an image or video of the item in question and to also include your invoice. If you do not feel satisfied with your product you have 21 days to return it from the day of arrival, a full refund will be issued, excluding delivery costs, given that the item has been unused and unopened. Cancellations need to be started within a week of the day you purchased the goods, and if you have reason to cancel please contact us as soon as possible by email or post. We deal with refunds using the Etsy system, so please start it through the website or app instead of contacting us, we ask for you to include the order number and order date in your return so your order can be processed as fast as possible.
Dispatching
We target to have every order dispatched 1 working day after receiving it, however since a number of our items are made to order there is a chance some items may take longer to be sent off to our customers, we also would like to highlight that on busy times of the year and in particular Mondays, there may be delays due to the number of orders we receive over the weekend and during the festive periods.
For delivery within 3 working days please choose the 24-hour courier for the parcel, and this includes the option to track your item straight to your doorstep. If you wish to change your address after the order has been placed we will cancel the order and refund the item and ask you to reorder with the correct shipping address.
If you select free economy delivery we will use the royal 2nd Class Royal Mail or Hermes service, if your items are still not with you after 7 working days please check with your local sorting office, if the parcel is not with them do not hesitate to message us through Etsy.
