🌱 Plant Care Instructions:
At BOMA Plants, we stock a variety of plants, each with their unique care requirements. If you are not familiar with the care needs of the plant you are purchasing, we recommend taking the time to do some research to ensure that you can provide the appropriate environment for it. Our plants are grown indoors, and we maintain our nursery rooms at a humidity level of 60%-80% and temperatures between 65-80 degrees Fahrenheit. We propagate our plants in sphagnum moss. Once you receive your plant, transfer them to an aroid soil mix or another aerated medium of your choosing. We have included care instructions that have worked well for our plants. Please use them as a loose guideline and do your own research before purchasing these plants.
📦 Shipping Information:
We understand the importance of proper packaging to ensure the safe delivery of your plants. We ship all orders on Mondays and Tuesdays of each week. Orders placed on Wednesday or later will be shipped the following Monday. We offer standard shipping through USPS priority mail. If you have a preference for a specific carrier, please include that information in your order notes.
🔄 Refund Policy:
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our plants. Should your package arrive damaged, please take clear photos of the box before opening your order. In the unlikely event your plant arrives dead or severely damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos for assessment - both of the unopened box and plant damage. However, please note that slight leaf damage is not eligible for refunds, as live plants may experience browning or slight damage in transit. We are unable to offer returns or replacements for stolen packages or packages delivered to the wrong address. Each shipment is insured for up to $100. If you wish to add additional insurance, please inform us when placing your order.
