Product Description:

Requirement to Have an IP (Import Permit)
An IP (Import Permit) is an import permit required to import plants into a country. Many countries require an IP to protect their local ecosystems from pests and diseases that plants from abroad might carry.
Important to Note:
1. IP Requirement for Purchase: If you wish to purchase plants from us, you must have an IP (Import Permit) that complies with the regulations of the destination country. This permit ensures that the imported plants meet the health and quarantine standards set by the respective authorities.
2. Process and Additional Fees: If you do not have an IP (Import Permit), you can still make a purchase, but additional fees will apply. These fees cover the processing of additional documentation and special handling to ensure compliance with import regulations.
3. Buyer’s Responsibility: As the buyer, you are responsible for ensuring that you have all the necessary permits for import. We can assist by providing the required information, but the possession of an IP remains your responsibility.
4. Avoiding Delays and Legal Issues: Having an IP will help avoid delays at customs and legal issues that may arise from non-compliance with import regulations.

Shipping:
We utilize DHL Express for shipping, which is the fastest option available. Estimated shipping times are 4-7 days to the United States, 3-6 days to Asia, and 5-10 days for deliveries outside the US. For wholesale shipments, we also offer air freight with fast delivery times to minimize risks. If interested, please send us a message.
Export Process:
Customers are required to confirm their data, including full name (no abbreviations), complete address, telephone number, and email. Especially for names such as Mohammad, Maria, and Yohanes (associated with religion), DHL regulations require attaching an ID card/driver's license for verification. Please rest assured that your data will be safe and used solely for shipping your package. Please note that some countries require an Import Permit or other documents, which is the customer's responsibility to provide.
Warranty Regulations:
We guarantee the quality of our plants from the time the package is shipped until you open it (travel guarantee). If a plant fails within 2 days of receipt, it is not our responsibility. We offer a full 1X replacement or a 50% refund provided you send a photo of the plant on the day of package arrival or no later than 3 days thereafter. We will replace plants damaged during transit, except in cases where there are issues with tax payment (taxes are the buyer's responsibility). If a package arrives late, customers have 2 days from receipt to report any issues. The warranty is valid from the shipping date until 2 days thereafter.
