Our timeframe:
We promise to make and ship out your new mask within 7 days, not counting Sundays and holidays. We usually begin working on your mask right away and most often finish earlier.
When shipped, your package is in the hands of USPS or any other mail carrier you chose at checkout. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for delays on their end. We always keep our shipping promise of 7 days or less, and as far as how fast shipping goes is out of our hands. When shipped, you will receive an email from Etsy with the tracking number for your package so you can follow its journey from here (New York City) to where you are located worldwide!
