Vintage Louis XV French Provincial Arm Chair with Cane Back from the 1950s. This chair belonged to my grandmother who purchased it in the Philadelphia, PA area in the 1950s. It was last re-upholstered in the 1970s. It is ready for its new owner to refurbish it to their style & taste. This chair has cabriole styled legs, a curved wood seat back which is gently angled backwards, caned seat back, scrolled arms that subtly turn outward & scalloped carvings on it's legs. The simple lines of the seat back & skirt add an elegant charm. This is a vintage item and may have imperfections. Please view photos as they are part of this description.
