You will receive a proof within 24 to 48 hours after purchase. NOLA Lou Lou will do ALL communication through Etsy Conversation, so please frequently check the site. Once the proof is approved then NOLA Lou Lou will EMAIL the final high-resolution copy to the email address associated with your Etsy account, if your email address is different or would like it to be sent to a different email address this needs to be stated either at check out or through our conversations. Sometimes, by no control of NOLA Lou Lou our emails end up in Junk Mail. NOLA Lou Lou will send you notice that the files have been sent via Etsy Conversation.
Please note that if you purchase the digital file it is for a digital file ONLY. You will have all rights to the document to have printed at the company of your choice. Please note that NOLA Lou Lou is not responsible for printing company errors such as color, cutting off parts of the image, sizing, etc. Once you have approved the proof NOLA Lou Lou can no longer be held responsible. Upon purchase you are agreeing to these terms.

What's Included:

You will receive a proof within 24 to 48 hours after purchase, through Etsy Conversation, so please frequently check the site. Once you approve the design, NOLA Lou Lou will send the design to be professionally printed. Printing and Shipping can take up to 2 to 5 business days. I will send you a tracking number one the printing company has shipped the invitations.
You have 8 days to approve your proof before I print. No refunds will be provided if you do not communicate with me (i.e. not received on time, or if there are errors). It is your responsibility to approve the proof and adhere to the shop policies.
{PRINTING ERRORS}
Examples include:
- cards arriving damaged (rips, tears, or stains on them).
- wrong item
- Correction that was stated during review process that was not made.
- Incorrect quantity
- Never arrived
Please let us know within 2 business days of receiving your order. You will be asked to provide a photograph showing the error in your print. Printing errors are a case by case review.
- We DO NOT reprint orders free of charge due to design errors/edits missed by the client.
- We DO NOT reprint orders due to pixelated photos, or color changes to photos when printed. While we do our best to ensure that photos will look great at press CMKY colors can vary when printed (especially purples, magentas, and blues). Make sure the photo you are printing is high resolution 300 dpi or higher to help avoid photo printing errors. Or simple just ask me prior to ordering if I think the photo will work!
- We DO NOT reprint order free of charge because you forgot to include something on the order form, additional fees will apply.
{IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER}
Once we have submitted your order for printing, we are unable to cancel the printing order/process to make edits to your design. Please make sure to double check that the details on your design are correct PRIOR to giving your final design approval. This means even double-check my original work, I am human and do make errors as well! We will not make any changes to your design after you have given your final approval and the print order has been submitted. If changes are required, and we have already submitted the design to be printed…you will be responsible for the additional printing and shipping charges to reprint your order, as well as any editing fees.
• Colors may vary when printed due to how monitors and printers read colors differently.
