How to wear them: These forms can placed anywhere underneath your underwear, jeans, shorts, pantyhose, girdle, tights, leggings, mini-skirt, ect. They can be moved to any position depending on what area you wish to emphasize more. Adhesives are not recommended, just a garment (or undergarment) tight enough and large enough to hold them in place.
These were designed for male-bodied or transgender/transwomen to make the rear look more feminine. They are not made for women that already have curves, however they should work for older/elderly women who've lost muscle mass and are lacking volume in that area.
Please use extreme care when inserting and removing these pads, as the edges are delicate and might tear if not handled properly!
