ABOUT:
• The case has a light, hard, transparent plastic as its base. You can rest assured it will protect your laptop from dents and scratches, while not adding unnecessary bulk to your device.
• We decorate the top part with glitter and leave the bottom clear, as presented in the picture gallery - if you'd like the bottom part to be sprinkled too, please get in touch for a custom order quote.
• Our sprinkling method involves capturing the glitter particles exactly as they fall on the case, at all different angles, resulting in a gorgeous 3D glitter effect. You’ll see the case reflecting light from all sides, unlike the lifeless printed or flattened glitter application (comparison picture featured in the listing gallery).
• The glitter texture (sealed twice with an acrylic topcoat) is palpable and rather rough, giving the user an anti-slip grip. Please note that due to this texture, some minor, occasional shedding is considered normal (disclaimer below).
• For easy application of the case onto your laptop and an overall clean finish, we lightly decorate the sides of the case, resulting in a beautiful gradient-into-transparency effect.
• The act of sprinkling the case with glitter is a rather mesmerizing, magical process. We always aim to "infuse" positive energy into each case while sprinkling. If you happen to have a particular wish you'd like to have come true, please feel free to share it in the order notes - we'll be sure to cast it for you while the glitter particles are falling on the case (...hopefully helping your wish come true as you wear it!).

SHIPPING:
We usually sprinkle our orders fortnightly - you may therefore expect your order to be ready and on its way to you anywhere between 2 and 10 working days. Whether it's a gift or a treat for yourself (...and deservedly so! 🤗), we’ll beautifully wrap your case in black tissue paper and send it off in a bubble envelope to ensure safe transit. Based in the Netherlands, we offer 4 shipping options:
1. Free International Standard – We first direct our orders in batches to Poland, from where each is shipped to its destination using national post services. Once marked as dispatched, delivery times for this service are typically 1-2 working days within the Netherlands, 10-15 working days in Europe, and 15-20 working days in the rest of the world.
2. DPD (Europe ONLY, £10 supplement) - We hand your order to the courier, aiming to deliver the case in as little as 2-5 working days.
3. PostNL Worldwide Tracked (£15 supplement) - We ship the order directly from The Netherlands, using Dutch national service PostNL, which usually delivers within 10 working days. You can find the overview listing all the countries and estimated delivery times at the link below:

4. UPS (United States ONLY, £30 supplement) - We hand your order to the courier, aiming to deliver the package to the US in 3 working days.
Please note that all delivery times provided are estimations and are not guaranteed. Additionally, for the Free International Standard shipping, in case of a delay, your order won't be considered lost until 25 working days have passed since the shipping date. Only then can we file a lost package claim with Poczta Polska and offer to sprinkle and send a replacement or issue a refund. Packages sent to Canada using Free International Standard shipping don't support full tracking. If you'd like full tracking, please opt for the PostNL Worldwide Tracked shipping upgrade at checkout.

DISCLAIMER:
• We decorate all our cases with real, sprinkled glitter (we do not use glitter stickers or 'print' the glitter on top). The texture is palpable, and some minor, occasional shedding is considered normal. By placing an order, you agree to this. Additionally, please keep in mind that our hand-decorated product is just a case and will perform based on how you look after your device. We recommend carrying your device in a sleeve or keeping it in a separate compartment in your bag to maintain the case's condition and prevent unnecessary glitter fallout.
• All our cases are sprinkled to order and thoroughly inspected before shipping. Therefore, NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGES are allowed based on the wrong size, glitter colour or rhinestone initial choice. Please double-check all these details before placing your order. If in doubt, don't hesitate to contact us - we understand finding the right fit can be tricky and are more than happy to help!
